APPOINTMENT POLICIES Please read before booking APPOINTMENTS * Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. * For lash services, please arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, oils, and makeup. * Please silence your phone during treatments when possible so you can fully enjoy your experience. * Children must be accompanied by an adult and may not be left unattended. Due to the relaxing nature of our services, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare whenever possible. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 100% service fee. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. * Deposits are non-refundable and may be applied toward your scheduled service, subject to the cancellation policy. LATE ARRIVALS * Please arrive on time so we can provide your full service without affecting the next guest. * Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be subject to a late fee, shortened service, or cancellation depending on the service and remaining appointment time. * If we are unable to complete your service due to a late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. LASH FILLS * Lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain your desired fullness. * Appointments beyond 4 weeks or with less than 40% lash retention will be considered a full set. * Foreign fills (extensions applied by another artist) require removal and a new full set. A foreign fill will not be performed over another artist’s work. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss the best way to assist you.
